From Shell Renewables to Solnet Group: a new CCO to power European growth

Solnet Group, a fast-growing European solar solutions provider, has appointed Philip van de Linde as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective July 8, 2025. With a strong track record in commercial leadership within the renewable energy sector, van de Linde brings deep expertise in scaling B2B strategies, building enterprise partnerships, and delivering measurable business value.

Van de Linde joins Solnet Group from Shell Renewables & Energy Solutions, where he led cross-functional teams and developed strategic partnerships with commercial and industrial (C&I) clients, focusing on renewable power and comprehensive decarbonization solutions. His earlier roles include strategic and commercial positions at McKinsey & Company and NewMotion, where he focused on growth, partnerships, and driving the energy transition. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
