Solnet strengthens leadership with Tobias Tacke as CDO

Solnet Group, a fast-growing European solar solutions provider, has appointed Tobias Tacke as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), effective November 1, 2025. With an extensive international background in high-tech industries and renewable energy, Tacke brings over two decades of leadership experience in scaling organizations, driving operational excellence, and delivering customer-focused, sustainable growth. 

Tacke joins Solnet Group from GOLDBECK SOLAR Group, where he served as Head of Solar Roofs business unit, leading highly motivated team to exceed business objectives. Prior to this, he successfully headed EPC operations in Germany, scaling the organization and project sizes for solar parks and solar rooftops, driving standardization and internationalization. 

Before entering the solar energy sector, Tacke held senior management and business development positions at Arconic and Heraeus, where he was instrumental in establishing advanced manufacturing capabilities and leading international transformation projects in Europe and North America. He started his career at Siemens Management Consulting, focusing on strategic growth and organizational development initiatives. 

Tobias Tacke holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs Paris and a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

In his new role, Tacke will lead Solnet Group’s delivery operations across Europe, overseeing engineering, project execution, and operations. His focus will be on ensuring scalable, high-quality project delivery and strengthening Solnet’s position as a trusted partner for our clients in the solar and energy storage markets.
